Job Description
VAS Regional Growth Marketing is Visa's in-market growth engine for Value-Added Services — the function that translates regional business priorities into marketing action. We partner directly with sales, GTM, and regional product teams to identify growth opportunities, remove adoption barriers, and orchestrate the right marketing channels at the right moments. We are a global team embedded across five regions: AP, CEMEA, EUR, LAC, and NA. This is not an events coordination role. It is an entry point into strategic B2B growth marketing at one of the world's most recognized brands.
The Analyst, Regional Growth Marketing will support the execution and measurement of field marketing programs for Visa's Value-Added Services portfolio — spanning Issuing Solutions, Risk and Identity, and Acceptance — within their assigned region. Reporting to the Regional Growth Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager, this role is designed for an analytically sharp, commercially curious marketing professional who wants to build expertise at the intersection of B2B strategy, demand generation, and financial services.
This role is responsible for budget management, commercial performance analysis, pipeline visibility, install base insights, partner marketing and executive reporting that enable informed business decisions and growth investments. The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, GTM, Finance, Operations, and external partners to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, resource allocation, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of regional growth marketing programs — including executive engagement events, industry conference activations, digital campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and partner programs
Partner with Sales, GTM, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to align priorities and reporting.
Conduct install base, customer, segment, and whitespace analysis to support retention and expansion strategies.
Manage pre-event and post-event processes: attendee communications, briefing materials, follow-up coordination, and CRM updates
Develop region-specific collateral — event materials, sales support content, program recaps — in coordination with creative and content teams
Support the adaptation of global campaigns, content, RFP’s, and sales materials for regional and sub-regional market relevance
Track and report on program performance against defined KPIs — pipeline influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and campaign metrics
Maintain and update priority account lists, engagement tracking, and marketing dashboards in collaboration with Demand Operations
Synthesize performance data into clear, concise summaries that inform regional planning decisions
Support planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, resellers, acquirers, financial institutions, and technology partners.
Support coordination of marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and spend governance across growth marketing programs and events.
Identify investment risks, budget variances, and optimization opportunities.
Analyze marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance, conversion trends, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate project milestones, stakeholder communications, approvals, and execution activities across internal and external teams.
Support quarterly business reviews, leadership presentations, annual planning, and strategic initiatives.
Serve as the operational connective tissue between regional growth marketing and central teams — Campaigns, Demand Operations, and Product Marketing
Support regional directors and senior managers in preparing for business reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
