Job Description
The Regulatory Controls Testing Analyst is responsible for delivering independent second line assurance over the design and operating effectiveness of regulatory controls for The Currency Cloud Limited (“TCCL”).
The role supports the execution of the Regulatory Controls Testing Framework through the completion of testing activities, issue management, reporting and framework enhancement initiatives.
The role works closely with stakeholders across the business to assess the effectiveness of regulatory controls and identify opportunities to strengthen TCCL's regulatory control environment.

We are currently operating a hybrid working policy, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.
Qualifications
Experience within Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Assurance, Monitoring & Testing, Risk, Audit or a similar assurance function.
Understanding of UK regulatory obligations applicable to financial services firms.
Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to balance attention to detail with a pragmatic, risk-based approach.
