Job Description
Visa’s Corporate IT organization is on a multi-year transformation to modernize the digital workplace, elevate employee experience, and enable secure, scalable, and frictionless productivity across the enterprise. Client Engineering is a critical pillar of this strategy, responsible for delivering highly reliable, secure, and intuitive endpoint platforms that support Visa’s global workforce.
We are seeking a dynamic, individual contributor to join our team as Sr. Systems Engineer (Windows). The successful candidate will assist in defining standards, applying solutions-based engineering, and contributing to the design and architecture of the Windows endpoint environment, along with providing high-level operational support for escalations and communications.
This role serves as a Senior Individual Contributor responsible for the design, engineering, and lifecycle management of the Windows platform at global scale. You will partner closely with Information Security, Workplace Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver a secure, reliable, and high-performing endpoint experience.
The role emphasizes deep technical expertise, hands-on execution, and end-to-end ownership of solutions, contributing to platform strategy through engineering excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration—without direct people management responsibilities.
