Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Pismo's core banking, card issuing, and payments platforms.
This is a highly technical program leadership role requiring deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, banking platforms, and payment processing. The TPM will drive execution across engineering, product, architecture, SRE, client delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic platform initiatives and Tier-1 client programs.
The ideal candidate can engage equally with engineers discussing microservices and event-driven architectures, while also communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery plans to executive stakeholders and clients.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support everyday work.
