HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Digital Specialist Lead will be responsible for leading a team focusing on strategy, innovation, and development of our customer experience. The right candidate must demonstrate a winning attitude, be flexible, action and results oriented, analytical, and self-starting. You’ll be leading a dynamic team and will partner with cross-functional teams throughout Varsity Brands to drive efficiencies with automation and optimize the customer's shopping experience. You’ll need to be passionate about product and creating the best-in-class online shopping experience for the customer. This is the role where passion meets purpose.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead the Digital Specialist team to identify and gather information, including vendor images and decoration specifications, on new products to be set up in the company’s proprietary software system, Silhouette Manager.
Lead the Digital Specialist team to identify and gather information, including vendor images and decoration specifications, on new products to be set up within the Sideline digital platform.
Gather information, including vendor images, on new products from Product/Merchandising Managers on all items to be set up on bsnsports.com.
Troubleshoot concerns coming from Sales Pros, SSR’s, or other teams involving products that live within the company’s proprietary systems, Team Art Locker/Wizard/Visual Order Entry.
Add and update art files for product housed within the company’s Uniform Builder.
Review pop up sites daily with customer-first mindset and make site updates as needed.
Conduct positive day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners, both written and verbally on a time-sensitive basis.
Assist with User Acceptance and Integration Testing through the agile development process and prior to go-live.
Capacity to work independently or within a team environment, follow direction, problem solve, and meet goals and objectives.
Effectively lead, prioritize, and timely follow up on key tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop.
SAP experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail orientated, possess a high level of efficiency, strong multi-taking, and sound judgment and reasoning skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage a team given the amount of a high volume of projects at any given time.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
Boasts a calm and analytical approach to problem solving.
Self-starter and takes initiative on own.
