Responsibilities:
Coaches frontline advisors, consultants and service reps to deepen their knowledge of retirement plans and financial well-being solutions, generate referral-based leads while building confidence and expertise in participant-facing conversations.
Develops and delivers coaching focused on the appropriate positioning of key products and solutions, including advice, Cash Plus, brokerage, IRAs, and ETFs, while preparing crew to confidently support new offers, tools, and capabilities.
Reinforces a consultative engagement model that enables crew to identify participant needs, referral opportunities, and appropriately position solutions that align to each participant’s goals, objectives, and timelines.
Provides targeted coaching through observation, feedback, and reinforcement, using performance and data insights to improve consultative behaviors, product fluency, and sales effectiveness.
Partners with leaders to anticipate capability gaps and align coaching to business priorities, product launches, and moments of change across the frontline organization.
Advances scalable coaching practices, tools, and routines that help frontline crew continuously build expertise in retirement solutions, financial well-being offerings, and participant-centered engagement.
Role will require travel, with the possibility of direct participant and plan sponsor engagement.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Five years’ related experience.
Three years of coaching, sales, or frontline enablement experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
This job requires series 7, 63, 65/66 regulatory licenses and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC).
