This role sits at the centre of program execution, ensuring that Investor Choice is delivered in a disciplined, coordinated, and scalable way. You will drive follow-through across a complex set of workstreams—supporting planning, governance, documentation, and tracking—while ensuring clear ownership and accountability as the programme evolves from pilot to scaled implementation.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to keep multiple priorities aligned as the program evolves from pilot to scaled delivery.
Key Responsibilities
What it takes
• Experience supporting or running PMO or program coordination for complex, cross-functional initiatives, with good tracking discipline across multiple workstreams
• Clear and concise communication, including development of high-quality materials
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect priorities across workstreams
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and follow through on actions
• Comfort operating in a regulated or operationally complex environment
