ABOUT THE ROLE &TEAM:
TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Audience Producer, responsible for managing and coordinating the audience experience for live and studio-based productions.
This role works closely with Production, Casting, Talent, Stage Management, and other departments to recruit, organize, schedule, and manage audience members before and during the production.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
Recruit and coordinate audience members for television, live events, and studio productions.
Manage audience registration, confirmations, check-in, seating, and attendance.
Coordinate audience call times, transportation, parking, and other logistical needs as required.
Communicate production schedules, arrival instructions, dress codes, and other important information to audience members.
Work closely with the Production and Stage Management teams to ensure the audience is prepared and in place according to the show schedule.
Coordinate audience movement and seating during rehearsals, tapings, and live productions.
Maintain accurate audience lists, attendance records, releases, and related documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for audience members and address questions or issues professionally.
Coordinate with security, facilities, transportation, and production staff regarding audience logistics.
Assist with crowd management and ensure audience members follow production and safety guidelines.
Support audience participation, reactions, and engagement as directed by the production team.
Troubleshoot last-minute changes, cancellations, attendance issues, and other audience-related challenges.
Assist with special events, premieres, award shows, and other productions requiring large audience participation.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
QualificationsPrevious experience in television, live events, entertainment, production, audience coordination, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended production days.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to remain calm and professional when managing last-minute changes or highvolume situations.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, particularly for Spanish-language television productions.
