The role is responsible for defining and driving a unified push–pull channel strategy to unlock total business growth. It ensures the right growth levers, programs, and investments are deployed per channel—balancing distributor strength with operator demand creation. The role also leads end-to-end leads management, driving efficiency from recruitment to penetration and nurturing to loyalty.
