We’re looking for a Junior Talent Program (JTP) Intern to:
Support compliance & operational risk control (C&ORC) activities across GCORC teams.
Assist in maintaining and documenting risk, control, and governance frameworks in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Help with data analysis, reporting, and monitoring activities related to non‑financial risk.
Contribute to the preparation of materials, dashboards, and documentation used to support risk management and oversight.

You’ll be working in a GCORC team in India, supporting global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. We help protect UBS’s reputation by ensuring the firm operates within legal, regulatory, and ethical boundaries. As a JTP Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting day‑to‑day compliance and operational risk activities while learning how second‑line‑of‑defense functions operate in practice.
Your expertise
Academic background in business, finance, commerce, risk, law, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proactive, well‑organized, and comfortable working with processes and documentation.
Good communication skills and the confidence to ask questions and learn.
