Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations?
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager in Japan Wholesale Client Coverage to:
• Focus on developing new business opportunities with the third party distribution channels in Japan
• Form and execute a strategy that will maximize sales and deliver high quality service to new and existing clients
• Strengthen relationships and coverage at multiple levels with long-term existing clients, while expanding existing business with fund distributors
• Contribute to the team to maximize business and increase penetration of asset management products in Japan, working closely with internal teams

You will be based in Tokyo. Japan Wholesale Client Coverage is to drive sales of UBS AM products and investment solutions to wholesale clients in Japan
Your expertise
• Ideally 10 years’ experience in asset management or related field
• Proven track record in fund business at an asset management company or financial services organization
• Established excellent, long-term relationships at multiple levels with large distributors; client-minded and strong communicator
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Strong integrity and high ethical standards
• Highly motivated, dynamic and responsive
• An excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, client-centric and solutions oriented, with capability to perform in a global organization
