You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. Specifically, you’ll be working with “The Burish Group”, a team of 35+ professionals who help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. The team’s founder, Andy Burish, is nationally ranked as a top financial advisor by both Forbes and Barron’s Magazine, including #1 Wealth Advisor in Wisconsin by Forbes.
Your expertise
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or client service role within financial services (wealth management experience strongly preferred)
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
