Your role

Are you an experienced operations leader who can drive risk excellence, lead complex delivery, and influence stakeholders across regions? Do you combine strong corporate actions expertise with the ability to develop people and improve processes? We’re looking for someone like that to join our team:
– Lead the risk and control agenda for corporate actions processes, ensuring robust oversight across income, mandatory and selective voluntary events while continuously reducing operational risk
– Act as a senior escalation point for complex enquiries from clients, Front Office and regional stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution under deadline pressure
– Drive strategic change initiatives, automation opportunities and process transformation across the corporate action lifecycle
– Partner closely with CAIP leadership to deliver business objectives, strengthen service quality and support regional operating priorities
– Coach, guide and develop team members, helping build capability, accountability and a high-performance service culture

Your team

- You’ll be working in the IB APAC CAIP Team in Wuxi, with close connectivity to regional Asset Servicing, Front Office, risk, control and technology partners.
- This role provides senior oversight of the full corporate action lifecycle and supports the delivery of high-quality, controlled and scalable service to the business.
- There will be significant interaction and coordination with operations teams across regions in a fast-paced environment, including ownership of escalations, priorities and continuous improvement outcomes.

Your expertise

You have
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Solid experience in securities operations, corporate actions, asset servicing or a related Investment Banking operations function, preferably with people management or team leadership exposure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English, with the confidence to present to clients, Front Office partners and senior management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills, with a proven ability to identify control gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, workflow tools and standard operational support platforms; experience with automation or process improvement tools is an advantage.
