Are you a target driven individual with strong ability to orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary engagements across business divisions, leveraging expertise from various functions to develop innovative, executable, and bespoke solutions that address sophisticated client needs while balancing commercial, risk, regulatory, and operational considerations? We're looking for someone like that to:• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Global Markets and Global Wealth Management to originate and deliver bespoke, commercially viable solutions that address complex client requirements.
• Act as the central coordinator for complex opportunities, aligning diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and driving consensus to deliver timely and effective client outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong end-to-end ownership of business opportunities by mobilizing relevant functions, overcoming organizational barriers, and ensuring seamless execution of tailored solutions.
• Provide tailored investment solutions and advisory services based on our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) House View and/or market opportunities to our clients
• Provides internal education, marketing, after-sales of structured solutions
• Stay current with market trends, news, economic developments and client flows to identify actionable opportunities as well as potential risks
• Translate complex market developments into clear and compelling investment solutions and recommendations, prepare and deliver clear, concise and compelling pitch.
• Identify sales opportunities, coordinate efforts and monitor progress
• Drive business offering initiatives by optimizing processes, increasing operational efficiency, and collaborating across bank to improve client service and overall experiences

The team
As a member of the Unified Global Markets Equity and Structured Product Distribution team in Hong Kong, you work in a challenging environment within a highly motivated team. We advise client advisors in Hong Kong as well as APAC markets on capital market solutions. This includes providing advising services on complex trades to both High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra Hing Net Worth (UHNW) and Global Family Institutional Wealth (GFIW) clients.Your skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant experience in global markets, investment advisory, structured products, derivatives, capital markets.• Strong interest in working with wealth management clients, advising investment solutions, experience in initiating, managing Active Managed Certificate would be a distinct advantage
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong partnerships across multiple business areas.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate differing perspectives and translate complex requirements into practical, client-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated team player with strong stakeholder management capabilities and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
