Business Manager A&S Taiwan

Your role

• provides business-related services and support which can either be administrative, logistical, analytical or quality control nature with emphasis on ensuring smooth day-to day business operation and the implementation and development of business-wide action plans and key initiatives
• work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units (e.g. A&S, UGM, Compliance, Legal, BRO, Finance, CRC, Ops)
• serve as primary aide to A&S Team in Taipei in executing business priorities and key initiatives

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management A&S Team in Taipei and work closely with Business Risk Manager in A&S and Taiwan A&S Head.

Your expertise

• ideally 3-5 years of experience working as in a role which required the above expertise
• very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
• highly proficient in Standard MS Office-suit (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experienced with handling large datasets will be a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
