Social Media Data Specialist

Your role

We are seeking a Specialist to transform the Corporate Social Media team’s business workflows and analytic output via agentic AI and to drive data-driven initiatives within our communications department. This role focuses on leveraging analytics, dashboard creation, and AI tools to inform and enhance our understanding of corporate messaging performance. The ideal candidate will turn repetitive tasks into fully autonomous processes, acting as the architect for our next generation of intelligent, action-oriented digital assistants.
You will:
• Lead projects related to social media analytics, reporting, and dashboard development including producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including content performance reviews and strategic insight for forward planning.
• Design, configure, and deploy custom AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio to handle specific business processes Design, configure, and deploy custom AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio to handle specific business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to integrate data insights into messaging strategies, including sharing updates via custom built dashboards and newsletters.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables at a professional level.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Your team

You'll be working in the Corporate Social Media team, who are in Zurich, from Wroclaw.

Your expertise

• Excellent organizational and presentation skills (PPT)
• 3-5 years project management experience or comparable
• Excellent English language skills, German welcome
• Familiarity with process optimization and/or building agents, topics, and actions within Microsoft Copilot Studio and others.
• Understanding of Large Language Models, prompt crafting, and conversation design.
• 2-3 year experience with performance data analysis from native platforms and client-specific tools, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to decompose complex business processes into logical steps for AI automation.
