Internship in HR operations team

Your role

We’re looking for Intern in HR Operations to:

• Support the HR Operations Team in daily activities in our HR and ticketing system,
• Deliver results within defined deadlines,
• Contribute to creating positive client experience, resolving employees' concerns quickly and precisely while keeping them updated and informed,
• Treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
• Stay on top of and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes,
• Work 5 days a week with minimum 3 days from our Krakow office.

Your team

You will be working in the HR Operations team based in Krakow and Wroclaw. We provide HR services to Poland-based employees and line managers through our ticketing system. As an HR Operations team, we continuously look for opportunities to improve our processes and introduce automations to make our work more efficient and effective.

Your expertise

• Fluent in written and spoken English with great communication skills,
• Excellent attention to details,
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook,
• Strong time-management skills,
• Open-minded, eager to learn and proactive,
• Known for can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks,
• Able to handle individual assignments but also devoted team player.
