Your role
Are you eager to learn about fiduciary operations, support process improvement, and contribute to innovative digital solutions while applying a strong technical mindset and attention to detail?
We are looking for an intern to:
- support users through documentation and contribute to the adoption of digital solutions
- process and check paper-based communications, understanding the documentation and the underlying client-fiduciary relationship
- enter processed documentation into dedicated tools and manage archiving
contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency
- design and develop automation solutions to support Front offices activities
- translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions
- test, maintain and continuously improve applications and workflows

You’ll be working in the Front Office team at our Milan office. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team in driving efficiency and innovation through the development reviewing and improving operational processes and procedures supporting Front activities. As part of a dynamic, collaborative team, you’ll help deliver impactful solutions, drive continuous improvement, and gain exposure to Fiduciaria business processes under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
Your expertise
• currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from a degree, in economics, business administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related field
• strong interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
• good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• native Italian fluent in English, both written and spoken
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• proactive attitude, team player, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment
• prior knowledge of financial services is beneficial
