• Leading installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC equipment and building systems
• Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
• Supporting customers, service teams, and field technicians with technical expertise
• Performing system performance evaluations and recommending corrective actions
• Coordinating service projects, repairs, and upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and customer requirements
• Preparing technical reports, service documentation, and recommendations
• Collaborating with sales, operations, and engineering teams
• Mentoring junior engineers or technicians in some roles

Common qualifications often include:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related engineering field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, controls, refrigeration, and service practices
• Experience in troubleshooting field equipment and customer support

Familiarity with safety practices and service documentation
