Missione del ruolo
Supportare l’implementazione, il mantenimento e il miglioramento del sistema EHS del sito.
La posizione fornisce supporto tecnico-operativo ai processi EHS del sito, con autonomia crescente nella gestione delle attività regolamentate e nella conduzione delle valutazioni dei rischi.
La figura collabora con l’EHS Manager e affianca il RSPP esterno per acquisire progressivamente le competenze necessarie alla futura transizione verso il ruolo di RSPP.

La posizione prevede un percorso strutturato che permetterà alla risorsa di acquisire autonomia e responsabilità fino a ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP, in coordinamento con l’EHS Manager e in sostituzione progressiva dell’attuale servizio di prevenzione esterno.
