Position summaryPosition duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Architect, implement, and govern end-to-end release/change automation for monthly NPE true-ups and daily code drops across multi-domain estates using GitLab CI/CD (YAML pipelines, gated environments, approvals, artifacts), enforcing idempotency, rollback strategies, and segregation of duties.
Engineer integrations with Jira, ServiceNow/MAIA, SIS, CMDB, and NRM to programmatically generate/validate RFCs, gate deployments via policy checks, reconcile configuration/state, and emit operational telemetry through REST/JSON microservices and CLI utilities.
Design and operationalize observability/analytics by modeling datasets and measures in Power BI (DAX, SQL) to track deployment throughput, change failure rate, MTTR, environment coverage, and CMDB completeness; implement scheduled refresh, dataset lineage, and automated alerting.
Orchestrate complex maintenance events (patching, repoints, DB upgrades, Kubernetes/TKE activities, decommissions) using dependency mapping, pre-flight health checks, risk registers, and bridge leadership; perform post-change validation and incident triage via SQAR/AST/Incident Management.
Operate controlled daily deployment windows by sequencing changes across domains, validating approvals and readiness, coordinating implementers, managing real-time escalations, and issuing stakeholder notifications within defined cadences.
Develop and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies with tools such as TOSCA, Informatica TDM, and Delphix, including data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and automated refresh, ensuring compliance with GDPR, and enterprise data privacy standards.
Lead the development and execution of automated test suites (functional, regression, performance, and integration) using TOSCA, Selenium, UFT, and Postman, ensuring reliable and high-quality release cycles.
Define and enforce governance, compliance, and data security standards, aligning with ITIL practices, audit requirements, and organizational policies, and producing verifiable evidence trails to sustain audit readiness.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship in environment management, test data strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration, enabling cross-functional collaboration across DBA, Infrastructure, Security, Network, and DevOps teams.
Lead cross-geo continuity and handoffs by preparing shift-transition packages for offshore execution, maintaining audit-ready artifacts in Confluence, Canvas, and MAIA, and ensuring uninterrupted progress across time zones; actively participate in scheduled weekend change rotations.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week.

Skill requirements:
(1) Managing and prioritizing product backlogs, gathering and refining requirements, planning releases and roadmaps, with expertise in stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement using Jira, TFS, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SQL, Cognos, Swagger UI, GitHub, and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
(2) Designing TDM strategies with masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation using TOSCA, Informatica TDM, and Delphix while ensuring GDPR compliance;
(3) Designing and executing automated test frameworks using TOSCA, CA LISA DevTest, qTest, Jira, Selenium, UFT, and Postman to enable continuous quality validation and accelerate release cycles;
(4) Experience in observability, analytics, and cloud orchestration using Power BI, Splunk, Tableau, AWS, and Azure, with experience in designing dashboards, lineage tracking, proactive alerting, and enforcing ITIL-based governance and compliance; and
(5) Leading teams across multiple organizations and vendors; partnering with QA, infrastructure, and governance teams to drive quality, operational efficiency, and seamless delivery outcomes.
Experience and education requirements:
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, or a related field, or the foreign equivalent, and 3 years of related work experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, or a related field, or the foreign equivalent, and 5 years of related work experience.
