Associate Product Manager

In this role, you will help deliver a world-class customer experience for one of Thomson Reuters' fastest-growing flagship legal products. You'll work closely with engineering, UX, operations, and cross-functional teams to solve complex customer issues, improve product performance, and build solutions that truly matter.
About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will:
Own and manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering teams to resolve customer issues and product enhancements
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying needs, defining requirements, and prioritizing features based on business and customer value
Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams
Drive product execution by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in an agile environment
Analyze customer problems and business opportunities to propose effective and innovative solutions
Take ownership of product performance, reliability, and overall customer experience
Collaborate effectively across teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless delivery
Use data and metrics to track performance, measure success, and inform decision-making
Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities clearly to stakeholders
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset
A customer-first approach with a passion for understanding and addressing user needs
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to balance competing priorities and make informed, data-driven decisions
Experience in writing clear, concise, and effective product requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
