As a Rights Management Data Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our IP Enforcement and Rights Management operations, working with content usage monitoring tools and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure Reuters' content is properly tracked and protected, and that our rights and content data is accurate and up-to-date.
In this opportunity as a Data Specialist, you will:
You're a fit for the role of Data Specialist if you have the following required qualifications:
Experience working with data management systems and tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and/or Power BI
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational abilities and process-oriented mindset
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to process improvement
Understanding of or interest in intellectual property rights and content licensing
Additional preferred qualifications include:
Experience in media, publishing, or content rights management
Knowledge of content monitoring tools or platforms
Background in data visualization or dashboard creation
Familiarity with copyright principles or intellectual property concepts

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 84,000 PLN - 156,000 PLN.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
