Regional Account Executive (East Coast): Hospitality, Food and Beverage

We are specifically looking for candidates living in the East Coast US area. These territories have been among our most successful in recent years and we count on it continuing to deliver for years to come.

About you:
 

You enjoy building relationships and winning new business in fast‑moving restaurant environments. You’re comfortable talking to senior decision‑makers and enjoy understanding how technology, such as loyalty platforms and digital guest engagement tools, can make a real difference to how businesses grow. You bring experience selling complex software and you like owning your territory, from finding opportunities through to closing deals and supporting customers after the sale.
 

Day‑to‑day, you will:

• Build and grow relationships with prospective customers, particularly within restaurant, hospitality or loyalty‑led businesses, to drive new revenue.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, developing clear account plans and working opportunities from first conversation through to close.
• Lead sales meetings and presentations with senior stakeholders, clearly explaining how our platform supports guest loyalty and long‑term value.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to share insight, progress deals and deliver a smooth handover once a sale is complete.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• 5+ years experience selling software or technology solutions into restaurants, hospitality, retail or loyalty‑driven organisations.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging confidently with C‑level stakeholders.
• A track record of consistently achieving sales targets within a commercial software environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, to manage pipeline and forecasting

Salary; $110K base + $110k commission
