As a Sr. Project Manager – Fulfillment Optimization, Flexible Fulfillment, you will support one of Fulfillment Optimization's core functional areas—Eligibility & Availability—for Target's suite of flexible fulfillment services. Working at the intersection of Product, Store Operations, Digital Operations, Merchandising, and Planning & Inventory Management, you will ensure fulfillment eligibility and availability processes and products operate as intended while identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes.
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day health of eligibility and availability capabilities through cross-functional partnership, issue resolution, system maintenance, and continuous process optimization. You will partner closely with Product teams to validate functionality, troubleshoot issues, and develop business cases for enhancements that improve operational performance, team member experiences, and guest outcomes. This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
