Officer – ETF Delivery & Oversight

State Street IM is seeking a motivated ETF professional to join our ETF Delivery and Oversight team as an Officer. In this role, the successful candidate will support the review and oversight of ETF information across multiple platforms and contribute to maintaining data quality across our global ETF product lines. Working as part of a global team, the candidate will assist in key ETF operational processes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure the timely and accurate delivery of ETF-related information. The ideal candidate will have ETF industry experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Controls Support the execution of operational controls designed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of ETF data across global product lines and client deliverables for State Street IM and ETF as a Service clients.
• ETF Lifecycle Support Participate in ETF lifecycle activities, including fund launches, scheduled and ad hoc rebalances, identifier changes, and other operational events.
• Primary Market Support Assist in responding to Primary Market and Capital Markets inquiries by providing accurate and timely information.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal and external partners, including Capital Markets, Product, Global Funds Management, ETF as a Service clients, and State Street bank teams, to support ETF service delivery and issue resolution.
• ETF Knowledge Development Develop and maintain knowledge of ETF processes and products while providing support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders as required.
• Process Improvement Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts within the ETF Delivery and Oversight function.

 

Required Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2–4 years of experience in the ETF industry, investment operations, fund administration, or a related financial services role.

Understanding of ETF products, operational processes, and lifecycle events.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and global team environment.

Minimum Salary:​

zł132 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
