Product Manager, Digital Experience Platforms & Products , Vice President
State StreetReporting to the Senior Product Owner, this role will drive execution on one of our AI-powered Digital Platforms and Products that solve complex problems in powerful ways for internal and external audiences.
The Product Manager will translate strategy into delivery, manage feature execution, and ensure the platform delivers measurable value through improved efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute product roadmap and align delivery with strategic priorities
- Own feature areas, backlog management, and user story definition
- Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Track KPIs, analyse user feedback, and drive continuous product improvements
- Support integration with enterprise systems, workflows, and data platforms
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required
- 6–10+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Experience delivering complex digital platforms in enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
Preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled or data-driven products
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
