The FX Connect Product team is seeking a proactive Product Analyst / Business Analyst for our Boston office. This role is ideal for someone who may be early in their foreign exchange (FX) or trading systems experience but brings strong professional maturity, analytical thinking, and a desire to learn. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product team to transform high-level business objectives into detailed functional requirements and support the delivery of new features across our trading platform.
Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to invest significant effort upfront to learn the product, client workflows, and business domain. The opportune candidate must have strong written and verbal skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated and demonstrate a balance between having initiative to work independently while also collaborating with the team.

What you will be responsible for
As a Product and Business Analyst you will have the following job responsibilities:
Work with the product and development teams to take high-level business requirements and analyze and define functional requirements for a positive user experience as well as platform efficiency.
Demonstrate ownership and initiative in developing expertise in the FX Connect platform, client workflows, and foreign exchange trading concepts, with the expectation of becoming a trusted SME in one or more functional areas over time.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Maintain system protocols by writing and updating internal and external release notes as well as internal training and process materials.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across many different teams within the business and technology areas.
Evaluate the existing features and functionality our FXC Web platform, with an eye for evolution to apply and innovate new design/UI

Education & Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of business analysis, end to end SDLC and software release experience
Advanced skills with MS Office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Work experience in Financial services, corporate client-segment, foreign exchange, trading systems workflow and UX design is a plus, but not required
Bachelor's (BA/BS or University degree) degree required; Computer Science, Finance, Economics or MIS preferred
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
