Snowflake Data pipeline & Integration Engineer - Senior Manager

We are looking for an AVP – Data Pipeline & Integration Engineering to own and support large‑scale data ingestion and replication pipelines. This role will focus on GoldenGate‑based replication, cloud‑native pipelines, Snowflake-based data platforms, Databricks BAU support, and production issue triage.
Key Responsibilities
Own and support data ingestion and replication pipelines using GoldenGate (GG) and DMS
Design, build, and support data pipelines and integrations on Snowflake
Provide BAU support for existing data pipelines (ReplHub, GG, DMS, Snowflake, etc.)
Lead troubleshooting, production triage, and root cause analysis for pipeline issues
Develop and maintain data processing and utility components using Python
Support and enhance Databricks pipelines and workloads
Coordinate with cloud teams for pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability
Optimize Snowflake performance, cost, and data access patterns
Engage with application and business teams for pipeline changes and issue resolution
Support testing, validation, and release activities across environments
Required Skills & Experience
Strong, hands-on experience with Snowflake (MANDATORY)
Strong experience with GoldenGate (GG) and DMS
Hands on experience with Python
Experience supporting Databricks in a production environment
Strong understanding of AWS/Azure cloud services
Experience in building and managing data warehouses / lakehouse architectures using Snowflake
Proven ability to triage and resolve production issues
Experience with large‑scale data platforms and pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise data platforms and financial data domains
Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, and operational monitoring frameworks
Familiarity with Snowflake security, RBAC, and performance optimization concepts
