The State Street Investment Management (SSIM) Head of FP&A and CFO for the Chief Administration Office (CAO) is a “dual hatted” Vice President (640) level position located in Boston, Massachusetts and responsible for all Management Reporting and Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting and strategic planning for the SSIM business as well as responsible for the development and execution of the financial strategy for the Chief Admin Office (CAO) division of the SSIM business. This position is a key partner to the SSIM CFO, CAO, Corporate FP&A, Development and Strategy teams as well as the Investor Relations team, ensuring that SSIM results are reported accurately and in transparent and timely manner. This role will report directly to the SSIM CFO.

What you will be responsible for
As VP Global Head of FP&A and CFO for the CAO division you will
- Be responsible for all planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis for the SSIM business globally
- Be responsible for designing and executing the strategic financial management priorities for the CAO division, including planning and budgeting, forecasting, management reporting
- In partnership with SSIM business unit CFOs, monitor all aspects of financial tracking of strategic investments for the SSIM business
- Manage the monthly business review (MBR) process through designing of standardized presentation materials, effective communication of deadlines and expectations, attendance of meetings and dissemination and tracking of follow ups
- Contribute to the calculation of the S-Curve profit based incentive compensation plan in partnership with HR/Compensation team
- Manage a team of direct and indirect reports, as well as various senior SSIM Finance leader stakeholder relationships across the globe
- Partner with Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Controllership leaders and Corporate Strategy teams to provide transparency on SSIM financial performance to the broader State Street organization
- As a key advisor to the SSIM CFO, help identify strategic risks and opportunities and recommend courses of action
- Drive improvement to standard financial analytics and reporting and bring transparency to the financial statement for SSIM business leaders
- Attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse next generation of Finance talent

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Broad Finance & Accounting global leadership experience with 10+ years of experience including FP&A, working in financial services
- Experience overseeing business unit planning and budgeting process, and experience with management reporting processes
- Has served as a key advisor to senior business leaders and Finance executives
- Proven and successful track record of implementing key financial and business priorities
- Asset Management experience a plus
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $207,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
