About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing robust data solutions with a strong focus on automation of Reporting framework using MS tools like Power BI/ Power Automate / MS FABRIC and Knowledge of SQL/Python / Snowflake is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions to support business, operational, and management reporting requirements.
- Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric to streamline reporting workflows, eliminate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, reporting datasets, and automated data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting platforms and business reports.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Support reporting transformation initiatives, including report rationalization, standardization, and migration to modern reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with technology, data engineering, and operational teams to implement reporting enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain reporting documentation, process maps, data dictionaries, and governance controls.
- Monitor reporting performance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in data automation and Quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in advanced automation skills, SQL understanding
- Strong experience in Power BI Desktop, MS FABRIC, Medallion architecture, Power BI Service.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modeling.
