We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and self-driven professional to join our European Shareholder Services team, part of the Investment Operations function responsible for enabling communication between clients and Portfolio Managers. As a Senior Associate, you will be expected to take greater ownership of end-to-end processes, act as a Subject Matter Expert, champion quality control, and help drive the team's continuous improvement agenda.

What you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership and accountability for the end-to-end processing and controls of instructions received into systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Performing quality control reviews of work completed by the team to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and operational excellence.
• Leading the investigation and resolution of reconciliation exceptions related to subscription and redemption activity.
• Providing Portfolio Management with accurate and timely information on daily subscription/redemption activity, taking responsibility for data integrity.
• Overseeing anti-money laundering / suspicious activity monitoring controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Managing operational risk through regular review of processes and identifying further opportunities for risk mitigation. Ensuring all functional procedures are kept up to date.
• Leading and supporting a culture of effective challenge to evolve daily operational processes, recommending and implementing changes, and delivering continuous improvement.
• Maintaining the highest standards of conduct and integrity within the business and ensuring compliance with industry practice, company policies, statute, and regulatory requirements in all matters.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including other business lines and corporate functions.
• Collaborating with team members in other sites to ensure the operating model is consistent and to share standard methodology.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) with a financial or analytical discipline preferred.
• Very good English, other languages an advantage.
• Technical skills are a big plus.
• 3+ years robust industry experience within Investment Operations, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, or Collateral operations is desirable.

This role requires 3 days of weekly office presence.

Minimum Salary:​

zł87 000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
