Position Summary
The Senior Release Management Officer is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, governance, readiness management, and execution of technology platform and business use cases releases.
This role serves as the central point of coordination among Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure releases are delivered on schedule, comply with governance requirements, and achieve production stability.
The individual is expected to independently lead complex release cycles, identify risks proactively, drive remediation actions, and continuously improve release processes through standardization and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Own Falcon Major Release and Monthly Minor Release governance.
Maintain Falcon Release Calendar and Moratorium Schedule.
Track all governance artifacts and approvals through release lifecycle.
Manage release readiness across Platform Features and Use Case Onboarding releases.
Coordinate release-related ARB, ISRMP, AROW, GenAI Review, and MRM activities.
Drive continuous improvement of Falcon Tollgate and Release Management processes.
Provide executive release reporting to Falcon leadership.
Required Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Professional Experience
Experience in Release Management/Delivery Management/Change Management
Perficient in Program Coordination, collaboration for results involving multiple development teams
Experience operating in Agile and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with State Street governance program for GenAI including but not limited to, ARB/MRM/GenAI Review/Information Security Reviews
Experience in Tollgate Management
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Certification a plus.
