We are seeking a Global Delivery Operations Officer to support the delivery of high-quality operational services across a global financial services environment. This role is suited to an experienced operations professional who can manage day-to-day deliverables, support service quality, monitor controls, resolve issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement across multiple operational teams.
The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and deadline-driven environment. This is a hands-on Officer-level role requiring ownership, accountability, operational discipline, and the ability to guide others while supporting consistent, controlled, and timely service delivery.
Why This Role Is Important

The Officer will help maintain strong execution standards, support operational controls, manage exceptions, contribute to risk reduction, and improve the overall quality and efficiency of delivery.
This role is important because it helps connect daily operations with broader business outcomes: client service, operational resilience, process consistency, quality management, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Support adherence to policies, procedures, controls, service standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements applicable to the function.
Maintain and update process documentation, standard operating procedures, checklists, trackers, and control evidence.
Track, review, and report operational metrics, including volumes, timeliness, quality, aging items, service levels, issue trends, and key risk indicators.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, recurring issues, or inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
Participate in operational change initiatives, process migrations, system enhancements, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement projects.
Support internal and external audits, risk reviews, control testing, client due diligence, business continuity activities, and remediation actions as required.
Collaborate with teams across locations and functions to ensure consistent execution, effective handoffs, and timely issue resolution.
Provide guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing to junior team members, helping build team capability and operational resiliency.
Contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, service excellence, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.

Experience managing or supporting daily operational deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
