Torch Technologies is seeking a Network Infrastructure Admin 2 to join a team of IT Professionals whose work encompasses the activities associated with information management, Information Technology (IT), automation support, system administration, computer programming, configuration management, imaging, training, telecommunications, help desk, operations, customer support, administrative support, technical engineering, and other specialized networking and data communications services. This position supports the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) Research and Development (R&D) mission.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
Active IAT level II or higher certification (or equivalent DoW 8570/8140 Baseline Certification).
Experience with basic networking and firewalls.
Strong IT troubleshooting experience.
Understanding of PowerShell, Command Line, and Bash scripting.
Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) and system imaging.
Experience conducting software assessments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with SCAP (Security Content Automation Protocol).
Experience implementing DISA STIGs and/or CIS Benchmarks.
Secret clearance (required to start) and ability to maintain a DoW Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting DoW network environments.
Previous experience with LINUX.
