• Assisting with the design of roads, intersections, drainage systems, active transport facilities and other civil infrastructure using AutoCAD and 12D design software.
• Undertaking three dimensional model reviews and clash detection.
• Applying BIM and digital engineering standards across project deliverables.
• Preparing design calculations, quantities and technical documentation.
• Reviewing survey information, aerial imagery and existing infrastructure data.
• Supporting the development of concept, preliminary and detailed design packages.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including traffic, structural, environmental and utilities specialists.
• Attending project meetings, workshops and design reviews.
• Assisting with responses to Contractor and Client queries during design and construction.
• Learning and applying Austroads, TMR and industry design standards.
• Participating in mentoring, technical training and professional development programs.

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Passion for learning and problem-solving
• Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen.
• Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
