We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse, multi-disciplinary projects for councils, local government, Transport and Main Roads, and private developers. The role As a Civil Designer, you will:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D , including:
• Land development and subdivisions
• Road infrastructure
• Stormwater drainage, sewer, and water systems
• Interpret and apply design requirements across State and Local Government standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, landscaping)
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and contribute to successful outcomes

About you You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Civil Designer across urban, land development, and subdivision projects
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering/design
• Strong proficiency in 12D software
• Working knowledge of local authority and state approval processes
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
