The Opportunity Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Digital Consultant or Graduate Geospatial Consultant in our High Wycombe office, where you will support data analytics, digital solutions, automation, geospatial analysis and emerging AI-focused projects across the water sector. As a Graduate Digital or Geospatial Consultant, you will be part of a growing cross-cutting team of around 70 specialists across 12 UK offices. You will help turn complex data into clear insight, supporting projects that improve decision-making for our clients and help Stantec deliver work more efficiently. You will gain exposure to a range of analytics and digital projects, from regulatory reporting and predictive analytics through to process automation, machine learning, data visualisation and geospatial solutions. You may also help explore how developments in AI can support client challenges and improve the way we deliver projects. This role will primarily support work in the water sector, helping clients use data to reduce carbon, improve resilience, protect watercourses and the environment, and gain better insight from assets, networks and operational information. About The Role As part of our Data and Digital Services team, you will support the delivery of digital, data analytics and geospatial solutions across water-sector projects. Your core areas of development will include:
- Analysing telemetry, time-series and asset data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to improve client asset performance.
- Supporting automation opportunities, helping replace repetitive manual analysis with scripts, tools and efficient workflows.
- Investigating how developments in AI and machine learning can support client challenges and improve project delivery.
- Visualising data and presenting insights clearly to clients, project teams and stakeholders.
- Analysing geospatial information, transforming data and creating powerful datasets that support visual and data-driven decision-making.
- Developing as a well-rounded professional consultant, building skills in technical delivery, quality assurance, client management, knowledge sharing and communication.
You will be supported with training tailored to your experience and development needs, including data analysis, data engineering, data visualisation and software-specific training such as Power BI, FME and ArcGIS. You will also have opportunities to attend technical conferences, build your network and explore professional accreditation routes relevant to data, digital and geospatial disciplines.

Your work will help clients meet regulatory requirements, improve asset performance, reduce environmental impact, increase resilience and use technology to unlock better insight and efficiency.
