The Opportunity Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as aGraduate Civil Engineer in ourHigh Wycombe office, where you will be part of our market-leading Water Power & Dams team within Energy & Resources. About The Role As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative team focused on the design and development of cutting-edge dams, hydropower, and pumped storage solutions. You will work closely with project managers, technical leaders, and design engineers to deliver practical and innovative engineering layouts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the civil design and assessment of complex hydraulic structures, including channels, culverts, spillways, and stilling basins.
• Assisting with engineering tasks across the asset lifecycle, including client-facing concept design, remediation, and detailed design for design-and-build (D&B) contractors.
• Integrating closely with associated disciplines such as structural, geotechnical, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) engineering to create integrated project solutions.
• Working within a full 3D design environment to review models, create sketches, and manage data within a common data environment.
• Contributing to the production of high-quality technical specifications, designs, and engineering reports.
