Your Opportunity Stantec's Buildings team is seeking a Revit Modeler to support the delivery of innovative and sustainable buildings projects. Working closely with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers, you will develop detailed BIM models and construction documentation for projects ranging from commercial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, civic, mixed-use, and other buildings sector developments. This opportunity is ideal for intermediate to senior Revit professionals who are passionate about digital design, collaboration, and delivering high-quality project solutions throughout all phases of design and construction. Hours of work are casual based on client needs. Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and modify Revit models and project documentation for buildings projects.
- Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and other construction drawing deliverables.
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines to coordinate project designs.
- Support BIM coordination efforts and participate in model reviews and clash detection activities.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project requirements, client standards, and company best practices.
- Assist project teams in developing construction documentation from schematic design through construction.
- Perform quality control reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency of project deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and modeling efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members as appropriate.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate construction documentation and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building design, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to identify and resolve design, modeling, and coordination challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar software is considered an asset.
- Senior candidates may have experience mentoring junior staff and supporting BIM coordination efforts.
Education and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Design Technology, or a related field.
- Intermediate candidates typically possess 5 years of related experience; senior candidates typically possess 10 or more years of related experience.
- Experience developing BIM models and construction documentation for commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, civic, residential, mixed-use, or other buildings projects.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
