Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and use of hydraulic models to assess urban drainage systems.
• Contributing to feasibility studies and contingency planning for wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Supporting surge analysis and water quality assessment work.
• Helping to optimise urban drainage systems and identify robust, future-proofed solutions.
• Working collaboratively with specialist colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative client solutions.
• Developing your technical skills and industry knowledge through project experience, mentoring and structured support.

Your Impact This role will help deliver better outcomes for communities and the environment by contributing to the development of resilient, sustainable and future-proofed wastewater infrastructure. Through hydraulic modelling, feasibility work and water quality assessments, you will help clients understand system performance, manage urban drainage challenges and develop innovative solutions for complex water infrastructure needs. Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that you receive sufficient time with your team and receive the appropriate level of support. About You At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience.
