Your Opportunity Stantec is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Corporate Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet Management team. Reporting to the Corporate Fleet Manager and working closely with the Corporate Fleet Coordinator, this role will support the day-to-day administration of Stantec's fleet program across North America. The Corporate Fleet Coordinator will work with employees, managers, vendors, dealerships, and service providers to ensure fleet vehicles are acquired, maintained, regulated, and replaced in accordance with company requirements and operational needs. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while helping to support a fleet operating throughout the United States and Canada. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career in fleet management while contributing to a growing North American fleet program. Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding fleet-related inquiries.
- Assist with the administration of vehicle acquisitions, deliveries, transfers, replacements, and disposals.
- Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, and asset information within fleet management systems.
- Coordinate vehicle registrations, renewals, title documentation, insurance certificates, and related records.
- Manage and respond to inquiries received through the Fleet Management shared inbox.
- Work with dealerships, leasing providers, maintenance vendors, upfitters, and internal stakeholders to support fleet operations.
- Assist with fleet reporting, recordkeeping, and data validation activities.
- Support invoice administration and fleet-related financial processes.
- Support vehicle replacement planning and lifecycle management activities.
- Assist internal stakeholders with understanding fleet programs, procedures, and requirements.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships across North America.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fleet management, fleet leasing, transportation, customer service, operations support, logistics, equipment administration, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
- Experience maintaining records, documentation, and databases.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in business administration, logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four or more years of experience in customer service, fleet administration, operational support, transportation, logistics, leasing, or a related field.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
