Primary Purpose of Job- We are seeking a talented and technically strong Mid-Level Interior Designer to support and collaborate with our Middle East Interior Design team in the delivery of workplace, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, education, and mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will contribute across all project stages, from concept design through design development, tender documentation, and IFC packages. This role requires a balance of creative design thinking, technical documentation expertise, BIM proficiency, and multidisciplinary coordination skills. The designer will work closely with regional project teams, architects, engineers, BIM specialists, and FF&E consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with project objectives and Middle East market requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design solutions from concept through design development stages in collaboration with Middle East project teams.
- Prepare and coordinate interior design documentation including plans, RCPs, elevations, finishes schedules, and detailed design packages using Revit.
- Produce BIM models, design presentations, and visualization outputs to communicate design intent effectively.
- Support FF&E selection, furniture layouts, material specifications, and schedule management.
- Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, BIM teams, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Assist with tender documentation, RFIs, design revisions, and project quality reviews.
- Manage assigned project packages independently while delivering work to agreed quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Required qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 4–7 years of professional experience in interior design consultancy.
- Experience delivering commercial, workplace, healthcare, hospitality, education, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience supporting international or regional teams, particularly Middle East projects, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of building construction systems, coordination processes, and design documentation standards.
