Apply What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and concept development to execution and post-campaign evaluation
- Develop campaign strategies, defines KSPs, and provides guidance to specialists to ensure objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Identify new growth angles and thematic ideas (thematic days, deal revamps, category innovations), propose new campaign mechanics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams,managing deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations rollout
- Monitor key campaign metrics on daily basis and create weekly summaries for management and cross-squad alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from economics field or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment — Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG preferred. Fresh-graduates are welcomed
- Campaign marketing experience in digital financial services is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and reporting
- Experience in FMCG/fintech industry is a plus
