SME Product Strategy & Development, MariBank

What you'll do

• Define and articulate the product vision, business objectives, and roadmap for SME products (deposits, payments, cards) 
• Build products from 0 to 1, leading end-to-end product development from conceptualisation and business requirements 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and shape product elements that differentiate Monee's SME offering
• Track and monitor key portfolio metrics on an ongoing basis, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery of product launches
• Collaborate with technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance, and marketing teams to bring products to market effectively
• Engage cross-functionally across all parts of the bank to align on product requirements and drive decisions, managing stakeholders at varying seniority levels
• Support ad-hoc projects as required, with flexibility to contribute across the broader SME product agenda

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in product management, business strategy, or a related function within financial institutions 
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential to drive cross functional progress and deliver business results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally across multiple business units
• Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean environment
