The Business Development function oversees end-to-end performance management across both Inbound and Outbound teams, while leading Business Administration and overall BD performances.
For Inbound, this role manages supplier evaluation and performance, and drives local dealer integration initiatives. For Outbound, it oversees pricing structures and client performance management to support revenue growth.
This role is accountable for data accuracy, reporting, and delivering actionable insights. It also oversees SPXL/QRIS onboarding and administration, and ensures proper reconciliation of BD Admin activities across inbound and outbound transactions.
What you'll do
● Oversee end-to-end performance monitoring of BD Inbound and Outbound teams to support achievement of supplier evaluation and client acquisition targets.
● Monitor key business metrics, including GMV, order volume, and client and supplier performance, to track progress and identify trends.
● Evaluate and recommend adjustments to commercial arrangements based on historical performance and business targets.
● Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to support management review and decision-making.
● Supervise BD Admin activities to ensure accurate and timely data reconciliation.
● Analyze and present insights from Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to support business performance enhancement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pricing & Fulfillment, Finance, Product, Sales Operations) to ensure alignment on data and operational objectives.
● Provide guidance and support to BD Admin team members in performance monitoring and data management activities.
● Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and transparency across all BD performance reporting processes.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a related discipline.
● Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Business Development operations, Data Analytics, or Sales Performance Management.
● Proven experience leading a small-to-medium team of analysts or administrative staff.
● Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
● Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
● High attention to detail with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
● Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
● Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
