Fraud Review Executive (1-year Contract) - Fresh Graduates are Welcomed!

What you'll do

• Review and investigate user-reported cases related to fraud, abusive behaviors, and suspicious seller activities.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis on seller accounts, orders, and transactions to identify fraud signals and policy violations.
• Contribute to improving fraud detection and prevention strategies.
• Monitor trends and analyze large datasets to proactively identify emerging fraud patterns, including fake sellers and non-fulfillment risks.
• Escalate high-risk cases and recommend enforcement actions based on investigation findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Product, Risk, Compliance) to resolve fraud-related issues and improve processes.
• Identify system or process gaps and propose preventive measures to strengthen fraud controls.
• Consistently meet operational KPIs such as accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Prepare and present investigation findings, insights, and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Good to have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role and related field (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving fraud tactics, operational changes, and updates in SOPs.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (e.g., weekends and night shift).
• Experience working with data tools / dashboards and basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Strong curiosity and investigative mindset.
