What you'll do

• Manage third-party vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, and onboarding.
• Monitor vendor performance and prepare periodic reports (1–2 times/month).
• Handle acceptance reports, payment documents, and coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payments.
• Manage payment documentation for paid channels (SIM, SMS, ZNS).
• Support monthly driver recruitment incentive programs (including documentation, participant list consolidation, and approval processes).
• Create PR/PO, track approvals, and ensure timely payouts.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal records.
• Support recruitment operations (e.g., sourcing, application review) and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields
• 1+ year of experience in Admin, HR Ops, Payment, or Vendor Management
• Experience in contracts, negotiation, or cost management is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Finance, Tax, Legal, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable with data and reports
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
