Hub Survey Support (SPX Express)

What you'll do

• Conduct on-site property surveys and coordinate with business partners to identify potential properties for expansion.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to assess site suitability, including location potential, property condition, floor plan dimensions, engineering systems, layout feasibility, and utility infrastructure.
• Analyze survey findings, prepare summary reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for property selection.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and align on shortlisted properties.
• Liaise with external stakeholders from initial property inquiry through handover to operations.
• Support documentation, approval processes, and related expansion activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Flexible and willing to travel frequently within Bangkok and upcountry.
• Owns a motorcycle or car (travel expenses reimbursable).
• Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to travel independently within Bangkok and its metropolitan area.
• Strong teamwork mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Demonstrates accountability and ownership in assigned projects.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
