HSE Coordinator Area - SPX Express (Gresik, Jawa Timur)

Daily facility and fleet inspection including 5S implementation
In charge for facility and route assessment (safety journey management)
Monitor safe operation and maintenance of the working environment, plant and systems
Monitor maintenance of safe access and egress to the workplace
Monitor safe use, handling and storage of dangerous substances
Review arrangements and controls intended to prevent the risk of electrocution from portable or fixed electrical appliances and/or systems
Perform road accident investigation & reporting
In charge for training 5S & emergency drill for staff, and defensive driving training & safety riding for SPX driver/rider
Conduct daily safety briefing for all drivers
Monitoring driver qualification and selection process

Minimum Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environment or Electrical Engineering or any related field
Minimum 1 years of experience as HSE in Logistics or Trucking Company (preferably warehousing)
Have basic fire fighting certificate
Have a AK3 Umum and Listrik from Kemenakertrans
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet formula and Google Slides)
Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System & 5S Implementation
Familiar with Traffic Accident Report
Willing to be placed at Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur
